“DON’T LET THE OLD MAN IN.” -Clint Eastwood- Or for us women folk, “Don’t let the old lady in.” 🤣😎 Let’s do our workouts 4-6 days a week. UPDATES: -MONDAY- Hubby & I went on a Rails to Trails bike ride. 10-miles. -TUESDAY- Rest Day. Wanted to recover from the long bike ride in the hills the day before. Had a Music reading workshop, a choir rehearsal and a book club discussion. -WEDNESDAY- Lifted a total of $10,450 of dumbbells on Coach Bill’s Advanced 5-25 UBWO day! Now am at Praise band jam session before our rehearsal for Sunday.
