Great sweat in at the gym. It was pretty busy, but still got some thing in. Before, I went to the other location and talked to management about friday. Luckily she heard me out, and apologized. My sister was a little nervous, at one point I was too. I used to avoid confrontations, or let things go even when I shouldn’t. But I have learned and I’m trying to help her learn it’s OK to speak up for yourself. 🙂 have a great Lift everyone 💪 you got this 👍
