Sunday, eight Bodyweight (182#) training-day “activities “plus one “machine” move. 1. 100 pull ups overhand grip, 15 sets 2. 100 chins underhand grip, 15 sets 3. 100 calf raises/stretches feet forward 4. 100 calf raises/stretches feet outward 5. 100 calf raises/stretches feet inward 6. 100 push ups launching off 2 low parallel bars 7. 100 dip stand dips 8. 100 sissy squats on sissy bench 9. Non Bodyweight, 4x12x15# standing hamstring curls on Rogue/Westside barbell club “machine.” Add lines 1 to 8, 800 reps moving 182# almost 75 year old man. (Total 145,600 pounds). The garage gym was hot notwithstanding the two overhead fans, 85 degrees. Drank one gallon of water. All this over three hours.

NEVER FORGET HOW WILDLY CAPABLE YOU ARE! We all have bumps in the road. This does not mean we give up. Instead we find ways to move forward. UPDATE: - FRIDAY- Was a solid 5-25 UBWO at home. - SATURDAY- Free Day since we were busy attending a music festival. It was a beautiful day & I started on my suntan! It was a fund-raiser for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Was my second Free Day last week. So only got in 5 WO days. But feeling best to have had that fun day with my hubby & friends! - SUNDAY- Today was a 5-25 LBWO at home.

We had an awesome day today. Kenny got home early and we went and picked up Pearl. She has the sweetest temporment. Clyde is like a protector, but Bonnie can be a handful! She is jealous. Pearl has her own pen in the dog barn so until she gets bigger, she will not be loose with Bonnie and Clyde. I played the harmonica and she is a singer lol ! I will make some videos of that for my you tube. Ya'll have a Happy Memorial Day! Hug a veteran!
