I was having a great time suffering through this squat program😂 However, I was just informed that i will have to have KNEE SURGERY asap due to a major multi-ligament injury. So, putting that on pause for a minute! Follow along @what_the_hill__ on instagram if you’d like 😊 I will absolutely be doing upper body work while my lower half is out of commmission. Adapt and overcome💪🏼

Well im back from being away on the boat for almost a month (im US Navy) im glad bodyspace finally got its life together! Lol im so happy to be home. That was a longggggg underway, caught boat bug while i was away (lost my voice for a week, still have a lingering chest infection) worked out when i could, theres several small gyms dotted about the carrier but theres about 5000 people all trying to use them so it wasnt always possible lol glad to see youve all been working hard fitfam, ill be joinin you shortly lol
