Looks like I have to do my workouts Wednesdays thru Sunday for now. So week 2? Hmm’ yep. Lower body today… barbell hip thrust, Db curtsy lunges, barbell b-stance rdl, cable standing glute kickbacks, cable standing hip abduction, push ups, hyperextension/ bodyweight, stretching and its super late ya’ll so goodnight. I’m ready for some Zzzz’s. Did I mention I hate Lunges. (Sigh)
