Haven't been in the gym for a few weeks, complete bathroom refurbishment. Needed a plumber to fit the suite but replaced dry wall, tiled painted and did the flooring myself.

Anyone any genuine advice. I started cycling 10 miles a day to lose some weight. I do get people shouting "fat b***h" at me through cars. But the one that got to me was 2 days ago where someone i cycled past called me that comment but also spat at me. I havent been out cycling since i have no idea how to get the confidence back to go back out
