This dip stand found in a thrift store. White plates are used plates with Rustoleum applied. Got lots of âem. My garage gym buildout started 10 years ago piece by piece. Last pic is the start. That day I terminated my gym membership. Never any regrets, never returned. My space, my way. It is just that simple.

Sunday, eight Bodyweight (182#) training-day âactivities âplus one âmachineâ move.
1. 100 pull ups overhand grip, 15 sets
2. 100 chins underhand grip, 15 sets
3. 100 calf raises/stretches feet forward
4. 100 calf raises/stretches feet outward
5. 100 calf raises/stretches feet inward
6. 100 push ups launching off 2 low parallel bars
7. 100 dip stand dips
8. 100 sissy squats on sissy bench
9. Non Bodyweight, 4x12x15# standing hamstring curls on Rogue/Westside barbell club âmachine.â
Add lines 1 to 8, 800 reps moving 182# almost 75 year old man. (Total 145,600 pounds).
The garage gym was hot notwithstanding the two overhead fans, 85 degrees.
Drank one gallon of water.
All this over three hours.
