UPDATES: -TUESDAY- Enduro LBWO before choir rehearsal. - WEDNESDAY-Today was 5-25 Cardio on home spin bike. Sets 3 & 4 scored 90% of my peak heart rate for my age. On Set 5 95%! Then headed to Praise Team rehearsal & game night at church. Homemade chicken soup and salad for dinner tonight!
