I restarted my crossfit style ebook and i’m trying to deicde what my journey will look like after this. I have meet with a coach in canada he’s willing to help me to lose 100+ pounds or this program i’m doing aslo has a program you do daily. Ugh so many chocies!

Haven’t posted in a while. Hired a trainer amd nutritionist for a couple of months to teach me how to clean up my workouts and my food.. Feeling better and leaning out without loosing all the muscle. Have to be a little more focused in my 50s.
