Tuesday greetings to my BB friends and followers. A whole year since I posted - can hardly believe how fast time goes. But I haven't forgotten you - just busy working out, running the biz, maintaining a home, playing ye olde fiddles in the garage. Will hit the gym in 3 hours to work chest, shoulders, tri's, bi's, abs. Now on Week 4 - 2nd week of medium phase - in 6-week workout cycle. I split the cycle into light/medium/heavy weeks - 2/2/2. Will have to take some more recent progress photos when I can find time for them. PUMPED UP!
