Somehow, I managed to delete my entire workout, but it was awesome. I did back and biceps a warm-up with a 15 minute hit row and cool down just jogging the sauna for just about seven minutes.

When I finally met my husband in 2016, at his job, I was done dating. 🤣 My body from then will be mine a 3rd time after a second baby. One night, we will have a gym date together like we use to pre-kids.
