friday update
No Iâm am not getting too skinny. I lost a pound last week. Still following the same routine of walking on the treadmill 5 days a week for an hour, going to the gym and yes, I am on the weight watchers app and I track everything I eat. I weigh 221 pounds and believe me, I still have plenty of belly to grab, trust me. I always feel good when I can see some progress. Iâm heading to Vegas next weekend and Palm Springs in a month and I have a lot of pool time planned so this will give me a little more confidence as well. I am always trying to replace all those negative thoughts in my head that tell me Iâm fat, old and ugly EVERY SINGLE DAY with new and positive thoughts and images.
