So took a Free Day. So plan is to not take a usual Sunday Free Day. -WEDNESDAY- Was Leg day with home dumbbells. -THURSDAY- After getting home from springs hopping on our Jon boat I drank down a blueberry protein shake. Then pumped out a 5-25 Cardio on our home stationary bike. Scored a 90% peak heart rate on Sets 2 and 3, 95% on Set 4 and 97% peak on Set . Meals were 85% on track. Am catching up on Hydration currently.

First run since my long run “failure” earlier in the week. I was dreading it but went out anyway. What an enjoyable run! Perhaps a sign that after a stumble its about dusting yourself off and DECIDING to continue on. PS Victoria, BC in Canada is incredible. 7 miles along the coast.
