05/17 - Triceps and Biceps Close grip bench press.. Preacher curl.. Lying cable extension/rope handle.. Prone cable curl.. Cable pushdown.. Dual cable curl/chest supported.. Dips.. Close grip pulldown/palms up. Had Cardio yard work yesterday, so plenty of steps earned.
