I have worked for a number of different bosses, leaders during the years, and have watched others work for companies etc. Some are happy and satisfied in their work , others not so much, and it is not how much you get paid (although it does have importance), but how you are treated. The difference is the power of appreciation, an encouraging word, a honest compliment, a listening ear. It shows the person they have value, and turns the workplace into something other than a workplace. It makes what is accomplished and excellent part of the whole. A person who feels appreciated will always do more than what is expected. This works in all parts of life.

I recently joined LA fitness of national city today was a great session but also upsetting. Let me tell ya the tea. I had just put extra weight on my leg press when an employee came to tell me theyâre closed i felt so bad i got the hours mixed up and thought they closed at 11. To not waste time i just got off the machine. i headed to the locker to get my things with my sister . Then i hear and employee on the speaker say â we are closed get out or ill come and drag you out by your hair.â I was like wait whattt? They entered the locker i asked for their name thry said no we ate closed leave. I fallowed upset and again asked for thier names again they refused. I went to the chech in and once they came again asked for names they refused. I explained i found that comment extremely unprofessional and rude. They seriously didnât care. At least i got a picture of one of them. My sister and i just left. I just joined this gym. Looks like I might have to change gyms ð.
