Thursday workout: Back, traps, bi's, forearms, abs. Lat pulldowns, L/R handles: 2 x 8 @ 135. Seated rows, L/R handles: 2 x 8 @ 150. Straight-arm pulldowns: 2 x 10 @ 55. Hyperextensions: 1 x 30 @ BW. Smith Machine shrugs: 4 x 8 @ 205. Arm-curl machine, swivel handles: 3 x 15 regular @ 70. 3 x 15 hammer @ 50. DB wrist curls: 3 x 15 @ 20's. DB wrist extensions: 3 x 15 @ 10's. Abs: same as Wednesday. Coming up in 4 hours: Recap of chest, shoulders, tri's. Then off the gym till Tuesday.
