Just wanted to give a big shoutout to say that I turned 53 yesterday ð
So, let me fill you in on my little birthday routine. For the past few years, I've always done this thing where I focus on shedding some extra pounds and get a fake tan ð¬ð«£ It's been kind of a tradition, you know? ð
But this year, I decided to switch things up a bit.
Instead of going all out with the fake tan, I decided to keep it natural. And when it came to losing weight, I made sure to strike the right balance. I didn't want to lose too much muscle mass through the process, so I focused on shedding just the right amount of fat. And you know what? It turned out to be the perfect choice for me!
I feel absolutely amazing for 53 years of age and couldn't be happier with the results. ð¤
