4 days not lifting. Soreness in my lower jaw is almost gone from the implant. Will start back lifting lighter tomorrow. I know I said I'd take the Drs advice loosely, but the key risk after this procedure is getting an infection, so although I did cardio, I decided to be cautious. We must chart our own journeys.
