1 hr treadmill with 10lb ankle weights....took the holiday weekend off...2 a days every other day this wk..plus fasting til noon...feel so much better🥰

Been pretty consitant working out over the last few months with only 10 lbs weight loss, any suggestions? Or other eprk out templates to follow? I hate cardio on machines, so i typically take my kids for long walks and bike rides instead
