Body pump class this AM. Upped weight on squats,lunges and chest. For the life of me i cant up weight on shoulders and Biceps. When i do, i end up with neck strain along with rear delts. One day!!

Over 1 Mil last three days and 4 hrs outdoor cardio. Learned a valuable lesson when on a ladder 4 hrs yesterday- It is too much for my lower legs- Cramped most of night but had Zatural, and it helped. Just don't repeat- know my limits. This week I am trying to get close to 2.5Mil, but have dental operation on Friday, very early so it is going to be close. Still targeting 10.3 Mil for the month. Let's go FitFam- new week.
