The foot to floor or leg press plate adhesion is superior to that of footwear. (No sloshing or securing a stable platform in shoes). No need for socks. Lots of myths and 1/4 truths in this “fitness world.” Here is the biggest fable of all: treadmill/stepper time will over time change your body composition. The only one that will - and does: farmer’s walk. You know how I know? Because I see umpteen posts crowing about treadmill time, yet if you take a deep dive into their posts, the physique has not changed. It’s a huge waste of time, but it does have the effect of a placebo.

Today I just did some incline pushups and dips and my core muscles my lower back and abs cause it helps to strengthen my lower back and it feels good I was gonna do my upper body workout chest triceps shoulders and my core muscles today cause my lower back was feeling better but I started with incline pushups cause they help warmup my muscles for bench pressing and after I finish my pushups my lower back started hurting me so I did my dips and core workouts and stretched out I give god all the praise and glory for helping me to at least do that some type of movements that will help strengthen my lower back and to help it feel better and not worsen or hurt myself I hope everyone has a great blessed safe day and week.
