my journey to a 100k trail run

So yeah, this may not be a good fit for a BB community but you folks are friendly and helpful, and weight training will be part of this. For the past few years I have been a 5 mile/5 mile/10 mile runner (weekly runs). Something always seem to happen to stop and reset any progress beyond that....

Workout A So if Squats stands are in I will start tonight. I just wanted to get this thread up. I will keep a log of everything except nutrition. If I slow down and it is a possibility of deficient nutrition I will start logging. I will update photos monthly just for the faurk of it. Be cool to...
