1 month off.. On to Fierce 5 upper/lower

whats up! So i've been using the gym in my town, which is terrible. No bar bells, limited dumbbells, only leg machine was leg press.. It was so hard to see any progress. I managed to cut back 6kg though from limited weight lifting, walking and watching my diet over the past 2 months.
