I dont know about anyone else but I love reading books. You can take them just about anywhere. We should have a book section, dedicated to the top bodybuilding books. Everything from Eugine Sandow to Jay Cutler. We can make it a sub section or put it under more general categories

I've been a forumer for many, many years, and this forum seems to be missing quite a few things. There is no "view your posts" link anywhere that I can find. No big deal, since this is a vbulletin powered forum (or some derivative) it is available under my statistics when viewing my own forum...

I think a great tool for bb.com forums to utilize would be(and particularly in the supplement and workout program forums) would be to have a feature that enables the use of audio chat so that members can easily ask questions and get a more detailed response from other members.

Hi, my first suggestion is to have a 23.5 hour cooldown for reps, as opposed to 24 hours. I don't know anything about the coding, but I'm assuming it would just be changing 1 number. ie. current: 86400 seconds (24 hours) to proposed: 84600 seconds (23 1/2 hours)
