Constant tiredness caused by high creatinine in blood?

I decided to come here for advice because I am unhappy at my GP's response to my concern. Around 4-5 weeks ago I had some blood work done because I noticed that I have been feeling very tired a lot of the time which was not normal for me. All of the results came back fine apart from my...

Maximizing Arachidonic Acid delivery to skeletal muscle

I made a cursory glance into the X-Factor thread and I didn't see any suggestion on when to take X-Factor, or other Arachidonic acid products, so here is my suggestion. Background After ingestion, fatty acids like arachidonic acid are emulsifed and taken up into enterocytes where they are...

Supplements and Testicular Cancer Link?

Any thoughts on the study that was released a few days ago on the link between 'muscle building supplements" and testicular cancer correlation? They lump protein powders, creatine and androgenics all in one so who really knows what it's attributed to. But the results are interesting nonetheless.

Post Better: Casein protein powder or Whole milk?

I was just wondering what most people thought was better. It seems I'm allergic to any kind of whey protein powder, but I have no issues with lactose-free whole milk (cuz I'm moderately lactose-intolerant). Lactose-free milk tastes just a tad sweeter than regular milk anyway. It's cuz when the...
