Should ketones be present in urine if eating in a deficit?

I'm new to keto. Day 4 and no ketones in urine. I'm wondering, should ketones still eventually show up in urine, even if I'm at a caloric deficit?

Staying under 20g of carbs for keto

I'm not sure if this is a side effect of Keto or not enough nutrients (I'm going to start taking a multi-vitamin) but I've been getting cramps once a week, mostly in my legs. I got one during an interview that was incredibly embarrassing. :/

Thumbs down Keto and alcohol

Does being in ketosis make you more sensetive to alcohol? I ask because I went to a halloween party last night had 3 glasses of wine over about 4 hours which normally would be fine. I was totally smashed and ended up hurling for the rest of the night. NOT FUN uugg!!
