Macro help for bulk

Been in keto a week and my macros are 2,400 cal 177g fat 166 pro 40 cho (net 18) I'm a 170pounds but now I'm 163 in 6 days water weight I'm guessing BF =5-7% will verify with bodpod testing on Friday again

Thumbs up WTF is going ON!!!

Is 5% carb the absolute max? Does it mean anything over 5% will kick you out of keto? 5% carb is only 25g if you are on 2000 cal a day diet. I don't think it's very practical because 2 servings of Fiber One (for regularity) plus 1 cup of whole milk are already over 25g in carbs. Or just keep it...
