Is one hour and 40 minutes of low intensity cardio exercise too much?

I see all different recommendations for how much fat should be consumed on keto and it's really confusing. If protein intake is kept at 1g/1lb of bw, and carbs at no more than 50g, how much g/lb of bw should be fat to lose 2lbs a week? I'm 180lbs and would say around 20% bf right now. Any help...
