Talking Vegan told me 'rice and beans complete protein' which always seemed like BS

So, at work, co-worker had oreos (wow, so much sugar in them!!!!) and he's vegan... I thought they had eggs ( they don't) but he went on about some movie he saw and how bad slaughterhouses are etc.... frankly stuff I don't care about because #1 - our dairy farms locally are right fracken next door....
