Is Hell Raiser good for ectomorphs ?

Hey, I'm an ectomorph who plans to try HRT. The program has great reviews, it looks good and badass. The only problem I have is my ectomorph status. Should I give it a try or stick to compound exercises ? I really want to add mass to my skinny frame.

Personal Training program

Greetings! I'm fairly new to this but I've recently purchased an ab roller, speed jump rope, the prefect pushup, and resistant bands. If possible can I have a workout plan with incorporating these equipment still have a very effective workout where I will see and feel results weekly, thanks!

Confused about HRT Solo set counts

Are the warm up sets included in "total working sets" If not, and I am supposed to do nomore than 6/4 for large/small what 2 sets am I logging on the sheet? Do I start with 2 sets and progress up to a max of 6? Also how much of 1RM would you suggest for warm up sets?

HRT Solo Clarification Question - weekly workouts

Why regular reps and then slow reps in solo HRT

I don't understand the reason for doing 8 regular reps in solo HRT before moving on to the 5 second negative reps. Why not just do 5 second negative reps for the entire set? I don't understand the reason for the first 8 regular reps.
