Are my macros okay?

Im 146pounds and carb cycling in order to melt fat without losing muscle. My macros on low carb days are 132P, 115C, 90F and on high carb: 115P, 278C, 31F. Are these okay or should I decrease carbs more on low carb days..? Please help( I dont want to increase my protein. For me 132 is the limit)
