Well - the title of this thread is almonst unintelligible but what I am getting at is, at what bodyfat percentage did you notice the most frequent changes in the miror? E.g. veins coming out in lower abs, greater vascularity in chest, more muscle striations, etc... I'm probably at 13% bodyfat...
