So from what i've read basically the only way IF will actually make a difference regarding fat loss (outside of just being awesome and very convenient) is for stubborn fat. BF% Range for Rapid Noticeable Changes

Well - the title of this thread is almonst unintelligible but what I am getting at is, at what bodyfat percentage did you notice the most frequent changes in the miror? E.g. veins coming out in lower abs, greater vascularity in chest, more muscle striations, etc... I'm probably at 13% bodyfat...
