All of the 3DMJ Team are awesome: My primary coach is Coach Alberto Nunez! He (& the whole TEAM) is so detailed & precise! I love the professionalism! I'm greatly looking forward to my "new" look when I step on stage in St. Louis at the Master's Universe Competition on July 7th! God is GREAT!

Hey guys, Im competing in my first show on April 9th in Baltimore, OCB Eastern Regionals. Anyone else competing in the Baltimore area?

I will be competing in this show, whose going to be there competing, attending, promoting or anything...it would be great to see a few familiar faces...I will be flying up from Orlando, Fl.

This year the NANBF Natural Mr/Ms. Minnesota is being held alongside the IFPA Pro North American Championships. I'm signed up for the Amateur portion of the show, but am interested in finding out which Pros are gonna be there??? I'm almost as excited to meet the pros as I am to compete, myself!

I took 2nd in the novic and 2nd in the open at the Ocb southwest regionals in Abl. New Mexico.The best I have ever done. Now I am putting on a lot of weight and it has only ben 3 weeks from the show. What steps should I take to so I dont put a lot of fat on.Need help..
