Sticky Thread Sticky: Official vertical/jumping/dunking thread POST ALL VERT QUESTIONS HERE

Anyone tried this program? They have a sale on goes down to $49 and I was thinking about picking it up. Seems about as legit as any one of these training systems. "Grow Taller Overnight" made me question this guys product though.

Year-round Training for Rugby - League or Union. Or Anything Else

I'm 26 years old right now and I do hear lots of people say that 26 is not too late to start boxing but I think it is a bit late. Surely, age 26 is not considered old but other things in your life can get in the way, especially work. I have a full time job now and im barely making it to the gym...

Question Does anybody play BASKETBALL???

Hey y'all, In basketball here in Memphis, TN, it is extremely competitive, and I am one of the short guys, so that makes it just that much harder for me to try to make my varsity basketball team or even just compete well in pick-up games. So...if anybody out there has "sports training" tips...

linebacker or nah

So I recently just learned that the new school I'm going to does not run a tight end or full back offense, they run a single back spread type of offense, so since those two positions are out what should I try? I'm a great pass rusher and a decent speed for my size and strength, I've had A LOT of...

If you don't max out, does your body still use maximal strength?

My title may sound confusing so I'll explain another way. If someone is benching or squatting 3x8 or 5x5 and never attempts a 1-3rm, is their body still using maximal strength when it comes to displaying strength? If that's confusing I'll explain this way. Let's say we have two identical athletes,...

Not sure what football position I should be

What positions can guys in the 5'5 to 5'7 range play? So far I only know of running back and (maybe) safeties.
