Normal to feel more sore 2nd day post w/o?

Under-rated exercises

Can you share yours? I'd have to say: High step-ups. I've been doing these set to a 30" step (half my height, basically) and holy ****. It makes me want to "cool down" with heavy squats.

okay i know that diet is 90% of fat loss. im just wondering what is the best for lower cellulite... i feel like i have cottage cheese legs and but :( should i be doing high reps (18-20) with lower weight or lower reps (8-12) with heavy weights?? or does it matter. thanks :)
