is it ok to do HIIT and then a relaxed pace walk

Is it ok to do HIIT 30 minutes and then a 30 minute walk, not super fast, but normal-slightly fast four times a week? I just feel the need to move my body since most of the time I'm sedentary and if i only do a HIIT, that means the rest of the day I'm mostly sitting.
