Motivation is shot, is what I'm doing enough?

Hey people, just wanted some feedback on some tings. I'm not feeling my most motivated at the moment, a couple of weeks ago I had people visiting and I didn't get down the gym for a week. I've heard that you can benefit from a week off or so, which I haven't for a long time. Getting back on track...

Proportions and Squatting Ability

I came across a pretty informative 5 minute video on body proportions and their influence on squatting ability...and forces acting on your joints (knees anyone?!).... This would explain why some people seem to not be able to achieve ATG or have low back issues when squatting... Av3LO2GwpAk

Lifting+Cardio Plan...Advice?

For the past three months I've followed Jamie Eason's LiveFit trainer, but I was quite on/off with it...HOWEVER, I did gain a lot more strength with noticeable muscle increase, and I did learn a lot of weight training routines that I can now use to make up my own plan with. My goal is go drop...

New, will you help me set goals/workout?

I'm a 35 year old lady. Before pregnancy I was 5'6" 110 lbs, slim, good metabolism, little muscle. After my second child I was 120 lbs, still slim with a flat belly, a bit more jiggle on the breasts and booty. All good. Fast forward to a few years ago, over 30+ years old and I acquired a taste for...

I need a new program. Seriously.

Time and time again it is said on the forum: don't do a program you've cobbled together yourself. Choose a proven program that works with your goals. Yeah... I've done PHUL with some lower body tweaks (glutes instead of calves) the last six months and I'm really, really tired of it. Last time I did...

Unhappy Arms don't match?!

Any tips for trying to "even out" the results in both arms? When I flex, you can definitely notice my bicep progress in my left arm, but my right arm barely looks like I've done anything. It's frustrating!

New program after turbulence training?

Wow... I haven't been here in a LONG time and... nothing's changed :) To give a short history, I've been working out for cca 10 years now, on and "on-ner" :) and my current goal is fat loss - although not much; I'm at 69 kg and 67 would be a good place to be within the next month. I've been...
