After PHUL ?

Hi there, I'm plateauing on PHUL and feeling exhausted, I would like to switch my routine. Been on it for 5/6 months now. I'm still a noob, started lifting in october. Any suggestions? Thanks

Proportions and Squatting Ability

Unhappy Arms don't match?!
