Fun cardio?

I hate cardio. I usually listen to music and run on the treadmill but I really hate it. If it's warm I will take my dog for a run outside and that's not so bad. Unfortunately it's still snowing where I live. So does anyone have any ideas for cardio that's more fun than the treadmill?

Bench Press - too short, can't get feet on the ground

I can't get my feet on the ground and I am sort of tip-toeing. I get lower back pain when I bench press and I assume it is because I'm overarching the back because I can't get the feet on the ground. Does anyone else here has experienced this, or any suggestions what I could try?

Face pullsi

i incorporated face pulls into my routine to work rear delts but i always feel it more in my upper back when performing the exercise. Any suggestions? Am i doing it wrong? I start with the lever slightly above eye level and pull back with my elbows flaring out and up. Thanks.

Need some help with deadlifts

I have just started doing conventional deadlifts after doing RDL's for a couple of years. I am struggling with technique and am working on getting it correct. My gym doesn't have bumper plates. Is this an issue? I've just been putting a 5kg single plate under the bar. No blocks either :(
