3,5 months change :)

After injuries that stopped me going to gym for a while I went back a few months ago (still in pain) ang got to work. I thought it will take me a long time to see change since Im now 34 years old but far from it! I guess muscle memory is strong! Went back to gym at 136.5 kilo's .... Im now 116...
