Getting Dizzy.....What am I missing?

I have been dieting and running to loose the weight. Quite often lately I have been getting extremely light headed and dizzy when standing. I'm guessing I'm lacking something in my system? Any thoughts on what causes this? How do I go about finding out what is wrong?

protein requirements for cutting?

i've read the stickys and they suggest for when in a caloric deficit protein should be as much as 3g/kg bw. while studies show 0.82g/lb bw for bulking or cutting to maintain muscle mass. which way is best way?. i don't like eating meat that much i always feel sick and full after eating it.
