Want to add some lean mass, but not gain too much fat. Right now, macros are 0/0/0 P/C/F Also, can I work abs everyday as long as I take a PWO shake with extra BCAAs. I want to tone, but not get too big. Hate buying new clothes. Also, don't want to get all bulky. Thanks in advance.
