I'm trying to figure out when my next show will be, but the 2010 NPC National Level shows are not posted. I did review the 2009 schedule, but I don't want to rely on this. Does anyone know when 2010 will be available to view?

Where can I find events for next year? I want to do an early show and would like as much time as possible to plan things out. Any help would be great thanks guys!

Hey, guys. I'm competing June 13 in Chico, CA., a local competition. It's been over 20 years since I competed. I'm 51. 5'9, 170, bodyfat around 7 or 8%. I want to know what you guys eat for your carbing up phase before the competition, and the morning of the show? Thanks.
