Suggestions for NPC Bikini Coach/Trainer - Atlanta I'm working to do my first NPC Bikini competition in July in Atlanta. I'm having the hardest time finding a good trainer/coach in the Atlanta area. Water depletion/Carb up while on BP meds Good Morning everyone..question in regards to upcoming show few days out. I have been taking Hydrochlorothiazide for pre-hypertension for over a year now. This medication is considered a( water pill ). This particular med is calcium sparing but def need to keep potassium levels in for pre-judging....
