What am I doing wrong?

I am at 1200 calories a day and not losing? I even do yoga three days a week. My calories are all clean eating, low sodium, and plant based with the emphasis on vegetables and egg whites. Why am I not losing still? I'm still stuck. I'm about to hire a personal trainer.
