Hand pain

Hello guys! I am new here. Yesterday i had a problem, was in the gym for fb workout and after had basketball game where i made some strong dunk's and today i have a hand pain, if i bend my hand i fell pain also if i touch red line the same. Where is the problem? Any ideas? Thanks in advance
