Dirty Gym Flooring

I recently opened a small personal training gym. I have been a personal trainer for a few years but the process of opening a facility was very new to me. I am afraid I made a mistake. I had basic solid black rolled rubber gym flooring installed throughout my gym. I did not know anything about...

Till she called my boss and said that I am stressing her out with tracking her measurements, and that she would like a female trainer instead. The client didn't say anything...

Training teenage girls

Yay or nay? I've recently been approached by a teenage girl(17), and have read of absolute horror stories where trainers get accused of **** that can get them in a lot of trouble. Obviously I'd never be unprofessional, but is it weird that I'm apprehensive? I'm a 30 year old male, btw.

Will Donating Plasma Inhibit Muscle Growth?

I had a client of mine ask this to me yesterday and I could not give him an answer. I did some research and plasma is made up of protein so his question could be valid. Does anyone know if this could be plausable.

Do guys 18-30 pay for training?

I know it's not the biggest market in the world, but do you think there are enough guys aged 18-30 happy to pay for training to build a successful business? The reason I ask is because of a particular marketing strategy, so I'm thinking losing body fat/building muscle (building a beach body) as...

Rhabdomyolysis: too many pull-ups

While I'm not a trainer, my story is certainly important for trainers to hear. Folks, this is no joke. I'm a 37 year old mother of 5 who was diagnosed with rhabdomyolysis after my trainer had me do a ridiculous amount of reps of a ridiculous exercise. If you are unfamiliar with illnease please...
