Plus my goal is not to look like a bodybuilder at 16 like what most of you want. Prolly later in life, but right now i want to be fit and healthy...

BodyByBoyle online members?

Just wondering if anyone is a member of bodybyboyle online. I'm thinking about becoming a member but wanted to do some research before I pull the trigger. I'm mostly curious if they go in depth about the program design they use with their clients. Any feedback would be helpful, thanks in advance.

Diet/Nutrion Recommendations

I have no shortage of clients that have tried and failed many diets. One of the common points of failure is that they just can't stick with it. The diets are too complex, too demanding, and too unforgiving. My thought is that the advice needs to be very basic and very easy in the beginning. Like...
