Got reprimanded by independent gym for making kid cry (long story, mostly cliffs)

A little about me: As a NASM trainer, I train using a variety of methods. Half of my clients are older people wanting greater mobility. The other half are usually younger wanting to look better. The owner of the gym asked me to train his girlfriend's son (red flag, i know) The boy is...

NCCPT is the stupidest certification in existance

So I bought the NCCPT online course. 38 videos which were all 20-30 minutes long. 15 chapters in PDF form, blah blah blah. Watched all the videos, read the chapters. Informative stuff, but since I've been working out for 3 1/2 years I knew most of it already. I go take the exam. 140 multiple...

Are there any cons to being a PT? if so what are they? it looks like a fun and reward

rewarding job and it isn't physically strenuous or stressful. - get to chat to people all day - watch people make amazing progress with their bodies - be your own boss I'm thinking of a career change and this seems like the perfect thing. Idk why it never occurred to me before.

Training my very first client Friday!

Hey guys, just got my NASM CPT certification and got hired at my local gym this past week. I was given a client who I do not know really much about yet. what do you do when working with a client when you have to fart? i eat a lot of vegatables and have a high fiber intake. this results in excess methane gas being produced by my body that smells. hence the question?

Do I need to register with Fitness Australia to work as a PT in Sydney?

So I just arrived in the country. My qualifications from Ireland are recognized over here. I've got a Letter of Portability from REPS to show this. Fastest and/or cheapest ways to earn CECs?

So I have 2 weeks to get recertified through ACE. Should I just buy a few of those courses and go from there? I was also thinking about just getting a quick cert from somewhere else like AAAI/ISMA
