You know you're a personal trainer when...

This should be a fun thread. I've noticed I break down and think of everyday things differently since training. You know you're a personal train when you assess random people's posture. When having sex you think "damn she has good hamstring flexibility" When you are excited to go to your "job"

Is it true that unsymmetrical muscle (such as chest) can balance itself out?

My right arm is noticeably bigger than my left relaxed and i asked this random personal trainer at the gym and he said to just keep training them and it'll balance itself out. My right chest is also slightly bigger than my left. Is that true? If so how so?

Question How long can a training session be?

I've been looking for personal trainers around me, and I've found a few. Some will do either 15 or 30 minute sessions. Most will only do a 30 minute session. I was wondering if 15 minutes can be productive for building mass? Looking at my limited income, I don't think I could afford a 30...
