ACSM CEC's (Recertification)

Hey everyone! Any ACSM trainers here who have a recommendation for cheapest/easiest way to get CEC's? This is my first time due up for recertification and I believe I need 45 CEC's. One option I came across gives you all of them at once but cost $450!!! I really appreciate any help.

Angry Extremely uncoordinated client CANNOT learn to jump rope

I have a client with the bodily awareness of an infant or a paralyzed 90 year old woman... and I am not exaggerating. Simple acts such as keeping the legs straight while bending over at the waist seem impossible for her to comprehend. Her form on most exercises is thus understandably horrendous,...

Heyo! Made an account just to share information on the NASM Exam. I was able to pass on my first attempt (02/10/2016) and made it a priority to go over it multiple times after I had finished to remember the topics that were on it to help everyone out. I used many other people's reviews so it's only...

Training for strength & size?

I've always trained for pure strength using long rests and heavy complex exercises. Have a question on forearm training.

BigRowbin35 here. I need additional information on the seated barbell reverse wrist curl. Common knowledge teaches that the forearm wrist extensors are worked. However, does this movement stress the brachioradialis and other muscles or just the aforementioned ones? Thank you BigRowbin35
