Fat gets very jiggly during working out? Anyone else experience this?

Rapid fat regain

I just ended a cut I have been on all year and jumped from 10 cal/lb up to 18 cal/lb for a bulk. 7 days ago I weighed 152lbs and today I'm at 157lbs which is waaaay too rapid. What's going on here?? Ive always understood 18 cal/lb to be good for bulking.
