Does anyone only see progress in pictures? Like I can't tell the difference between weeks but when I look at a pictures from start to finish there's a big difference. Idk I thought it was an interesting observation.

Cutting Calories

Currently 6'1/6'2 and 204 LBS, and would like to start cutting down to show that i do in fact lift. Is 2500 a reasonable number to begin with and then drop by 100 every week for the next month and see where im at, or should be calories be higher or lower to start
