1700 Calories per day, but I'm still sooo hungry.

Starting up a cut again. Myfitnesspal recommends 1700 calories a day for a loss of 2lbs per week, already lost 5lbs(probably some water weight, but still yay!!). Here is the problem, I am feeling pretty hungry still. I have tried filling up on Culvers Chicken Cashew salad without cheese,...

When to stop cutting - calories are low, weight loss is slow

5'11", 161ish pounds, 24 year old guy. I made the mistake of cutting too much too fast during the early stages of my cut (which I've been doing for about a year now). I've been eating at 1600 cals for months with the exception of a 2 week diet break about 2 months ago. Macros have typically...

Legitimate cortisol reducers?

I've looked up everything on the internet and done a lot of research on this, honestly. And to be honest I'm not sure how much I believe these claims that certain supplements being purported, can actually reduce cortisol. And honestly, I can't just decrease stress in my life other than by smoking...

Cool should I weigh my chicken before or after cooking?

I don't really know whether to weigh before or after. Also should I weigh it frozen or after I thaw it out? Would it make a difference, thanks

does my beard hide my weak jawline? pic included

photos/28896024@N04/15846265435/ (can't officially post pics atm) It looks terrible when clean shaven because I'm fat, but I don't even know if I lowered body fat% that it would make any difference :/ Do I have jawline potential or should I permanently wear my beard to cover it?...

Time-Span For Calorie Counting

I wasn't sure how to describe it better in the title, but this is the problem; I've got a bit of a crazy sleeping pattern at the moment, and I'm often up for 24-26 hours before I get the chance to sleep, but sometimes it's a regular 16 or so. Basically, should I count calories on a day-by-day (as...

Arrow Some quick fat-loss tips people forget

Protein takes a lot of calories to digest. 30% to be exact. Eating 100 calorie's worth of protein means you only have to burn 70 calories from that portion. Also, protein keeps you feeling full, so you're gonna be happier in that regard. Also, protein builds muscle. Isn't protein awesome? Eat more...

my jawline is terrible when i shave :(

it's virtually non -existant, which is why i always keep the beard.. it looks half-decent that way.. it only looks good when it's jutted, but that's not its natural state. atm there's loads of fat surrounding it, so if i lose this fat, will it look as good as when i force it to make it look good?

Few Questions - Need Answers!

Hey guys, I have a few questions when it comes time for cutting down body fat: 1. Let's say I follow a guideline to hit a minimum of 1g/lb of protein and .4g/lb of fat based on my body weight. I start cutting at 190 so that is 190g protein and 76g fat for those macros. I cut for a month and...

My calories are way too low now, what do I do?

I've cut down from 190 maybe 17-18%BF-ish to 158, I'm maybe 12-13% now. I'm 5'11. My calories are at 1400. I'm 18. And I just can't do it. I'm starving all the time, and I end up overeating. It's crazy how low 1400 calories is. But my arms still look a little puffy, and I've got that last...

Question What's going on? Stronger, Fatter, Same Weight

Yeah so I have a question about what's happening to my body. I've been staying on the same weight but for some reason I've been getting fatter (or so I think.) What I mean by fatter is that I feel a lot "softer" or just in general I feel like my body fat% has gone up. Weird thing is, I'm...

Smile Bad Good and Combination of Calories.

The vibe in this forum lies around the theory that it is not quality / quantity of food that matters but its measure in calories. I was wondering: Aren't there highly absorbed calories vs slowly absorbed calories? What about combination of foods with same Calories, like Fat and Sugar ? ...
