Incorrect nutritional label

I'm on a cut that I watch macros/calories pretty closely. Bought a package of meat from crest foods which states "economy pack 93/7 ground beef". 270 calories 8gr. Fat 22gr. Protein Sure seems like a lot of calories for 4oz of lean meat So I did the math

is it possible to lose bodyfat but gain weight at the same time?

i currently weigh 68 kg and i want to get 4 more kgs of muscle mass, is it possible to do this without bulking and becoming chubby? or should i just bulk and hope i can cut that extra weight fast? i do 30 min of cardio every day except the sunday and i only eat 3 times a day i've been lifting...

fat loss vs bulking

I'm extremely lost right now. Macros are correct for both bulking and cutting. I weigh 165 right now at 5'7 and have no idea if I should cut down fat before bulking or the opposite.
