Incorrect nutritional label

I'm on a cut that I watch macros/calories pretty closely. Bought a package of meat from crest foods which states "economy pack 93/7 ground beef". 270 calories 8gr. Fat 22gr. Protein Sure seems like a lot of calories for 4oz of lean meat So I did the math

Caloric output in regards to heart rate

Some Comedy from the Main Site

This made me laugh out loud so hard. #5 Add, Don't Subtract For bodybuilder and WFF Mr. Universe Calum von Moger, losing fat is about adding more to your diet, not taking away. Calum likens his metabolism to a fire: If he keeps adding quality fuel, the fire will burn faster than it did before....

Fat loss and waist size?

Just a question here, how many pounds of fat typically do you need to lose per inch on the waist measurement. I know there is no such thing as spot reduction, but I am looking to lose at least 4" from the waist, and am looking for a realistic target. Thanks.

I'm at such a weird stage on my fitness journey and would love some advice from anyone looking at my pics. Thanks guys
