Burning up

So, since starting my cut I've noticed that at night when I'm relaxing in bed that my body gets hot flushes/burns up to the point of sweat with no apparant reason. Only supplement I take is whey iso. Could this be because I'm in a deficit?

Red face big stomach but not body fat? worried!
