What I personally do is imagine that food is my opponent. And that he's mocking me by saying ''c'mon eat me you lil bitch'' And I say ''Fuk you food!'' And I get all amped up and stick to my diet. Because it's just like defeating an opponent. 60% serious. So what about you guys?
