Why do my ribs begin to show while still having belly fat?

I'm dieting at the moment and trying to lose about 10-15lbs. I've noticed by top set of ribs are beginning to show which looks unhealthy but I still have a fair bit of fat on my belly that i want to get rid of. Maybe its just where my body is pulling the fat from first? I'm 145lbs now.
