Most satiating carbs per calorie

Just what the title says. I'm curious to hear people's staples for carbs on a cut. Me? I like oats made with LOTS of water and cooked longer, white spuds, and the occasional apple/grapefruit I'm not counting green veggies, that's already a given.

If it's calories in vs calories out why do macro ratios matter?

I'm curious as to why macro ratios matter if the only thing that really matters for losing weight is eating at a deficit. Is it true that carbs really aren't your enemy? Does it mean that you can consume 100g of carbs a day and still eat at a deficit if you're at 25% BF and still lose fat weight?

Caloric Surplus

Hey I have been thinking about this for awhile. Lets say you have been cutting for awhile, and you decided to eat somewhat over maintence calories, does that ALWAYS go towards storing fat on your body? I know if you consistently go in a surplus, the obvious route is Fat gain. However, when you're...

Question What's the difference between IF in deficit and just "cutting"in deficit?

Trying to understand what the big difference is, total noob here, never cut before. One, you are eating in deficit during your 8 hour window, and the other you are eating whenever you want as long as you are in a deficit? If IF is suppose to make it easier to burn calories, can one up the...
