How do I achieve the body I want?

Bulking... and hungry in the middle of the night?!

I recently started bulking. I'm following Candito's Linear Program (started this week), lifting 3-4x/week and before then I was mostly doing an upper/lower split. I eat anywhere from 1,900 to 2,300 calories a day, my protein intake is around 1g/pound, carbs are around 225g+ and fats around 65-75g+....
