Smile Exercises to go up a size

I'm quite a skinny/slim girl (size 8) and I want to find out exercises that I can do to go up one or two jean sizes? Whether it's increasing my butt size or just my legs. Getting surgery is something I would never consider even attempting. Can I get some help? :)

Question Should we train the same as men?

If a workout routine is 3x/week full body, heavy weights, should we assume that is only meant for men? Or can we as women follow the same routine? I'm a tall thin woman trying to pack on muscle. Added 10lbs in past year, I lift decently heavy and feel this routine works for me. But should I do...

When is the best time to take L-Carnitine?

I'm currently researching fat burners and I would rather stay away from the stimulant based ones due to the scary things that I am hearing about them. L-Carnitine seems like my best bet right now. However there is so much conflicting info as to when the best time is to take it. So I guess my...

Plz help. Only 5 lb increments

I need something in between like 2.5 lb increments. I know a lot of gyms have that but not my college one....

Piriformis Syndrome

I'm pretty sure I have piriformis syndrome. I'm super tight in that area of the glute, and it feels like the sciatic nerve is pinched as I've been complaining of tail bone pain for awhile. I assume that's related to the muscle spasms I've been getting near my groin. Hips are really tense too. ...

Why do people say women perform better in higher rep ranges?

I've seen this said by some reputable fitness writers. I don't understand. Is there validity to this? Or is it just those old myths that are always perpetuated.
