Results after baby.

The 3 pictures is about 4 weeks after baby, the next pictures are about 3 months post partum. I've been working out and eating clean I'm at a 21% body fat and 139 lbs. I feel like my results are slow.. Does anyone have any ideas to increase weight loss?
