Plz help. Only 5 lb increments

I go to the gym at my college so the equipment is fairly limited. The Dumbbells only go up in 5 lb increments so for example 15 lbs will be too light and I want to go up but 20 lb is too much. I need something in between like 2.5 lb increments. I know a lot of gyms have that but not my college one....

Managing work with training and diet

I'd like some advice on how to best tailor my diet to my training and work schedules. I'm trying to build muscle and at the same time I am increasing my caloric intake. My training schedule is irregular and not ideal. I work 12 hour night shifts, generally 3 on, 4 off. Or, 3 on, 2 off, 3 on, 7 off....

Fat loss

Is fat loss really as simple as calories in vs calories out? Is there more I could be doing? I eat at least 100grams of protein daily I weight train 4 times a week, with a 20 minute cardio session afterwards. I also have one session a week that is solely cardio - for one hour.

Unhappy Do you feel weaker during your period?

I just had a god-awful workout. Second day of my period. Most of my lifts went down 10-20%. Came home and all of a sudden I'm super achy and I can tell I'm going to be sore, even though I've been lifting regularly. Is this normal? I feel super ****tty that I was so weak today :(
