Does anyone get dizziness or faintness what they work out? What can I do to prevent this? I eat before I work out and have a protein shake after words but sometimes it still doesn't help.

Strained rotator cuff...

So I just need to rant!!! Yesterday whilst training back there was a big old pop and then a shot of pain down my front delt head...I champed through my workout not listening to my body despite it being agonizing.
