Good beginner olympic lifting program

I just started doing olympic lifting, I've learned how to snatch and clean and jerk, but I don't know which program I should use. Any of you know of a good program to use?

How important is the back squat?

How much focus do most lifters put on doing the BS? How correlated is it to your max CJ and Snatch?

ive decided to put cleans in my bodybuilding program. Specifically before i do squats as it helps get my knees moving in the morning. Do you think I should be doing power cleans or full cleans?

Bar and plates Vs Bodweight / TRX

Maybe this is a dumb place to ask - but it’s a genuine question. - For obvious reasons I’m about to convert my shed to a home gym. - I’m buying a full rack, bar, plates, bench... the fairly normal kit that I use in the gym. But I’ve got to ask before I take the plunge... what if I save my...

What % of 1RM for explosive training?

I am taking a back-off week this week, but I am making a training schedule for next week. I want to start incorporating more...

Deadlift Grip Strength

I thought I had decent grip strength before I started to do deadlifts. Turns out, not so great. I regularly use hand grippers/crushers and twist roller for grip strength. I spend a lot of time on pull ups and can hang from a bar for around 2 minutes max. I also hang from the bar for 3 sets of 1...
